Success With Us Ltd (SWU) provides websites, local SEO, LLM SEO and Meta ads for local service businesses in the UK and USA.

This policy explains what personal data we collect, why we collect it and what we do with it.

We keep data collection deliberately small. We collect:

• Details you give us in an enquiry form: name, business name, phone number, email, industry, country, current website, preferred call time and anything else you choose to write.
• Technical data collected automatically when you use the site, such as pages visited, approximate location from your IP address, device and browser type.
• Records of our correspondence with you, including calls, emails and messages.

To reply to your enquiry, to arrange and deliver the work you ask for, to send the messages you would expect (enquiry confirmations, follow-ups about your request) and to keep accurate business records.

To understand which pages and services people find useful, so the site keeps improving. This is measured in aggregate and is not used to identify you personally.

Where you submit an enquiry, we process your data on the basis of your consent and our legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries.

Where you are a client, we process your data to perform our contract with you and to meet legal obligations such as tax and accounting records.

We share data only with the suppliers needed to run our business: website hosting, email delivery, customer relationship management and analytics providers. Each is bound to use your data only to provide that service to us.

We do not sell your personal data, and we do not share it with other agencies for their own marketing.

Enquiries that don't become clients are kept for up to 24 months so we can pick up a conversation if you come back.

Client records and financial records are kept for as long as we work together and for six years afterwards, as required for UK tax purposes.

You have the right to ask for a copy of your data, to have it corrected, to have it deleted, to restrict or object to how we use it, and to withdraw consent at any time.

The site uses the minimum storage needed to work, such as remembering that you've already seen the welcome animation.

Any measurement we add for traffic analysis is used in aggregate. Where a cookie requires consent, it is only set after you agree, and you can change your choice at any time by clearing site data in your browser.

Some of our suppliers process data outside the UK, primarily in the EU and the USA. Where that happens, transfers rely on standard contractual clauses or an adequacy decision.

If we change how we handle data, we'll update this page and the date at the top. Significant changes affecting clients will be communicated directly.
