If your enquiries haven't gone up within 90 days of your website going live, we keep working for free for up to two months until they do.
Scale
10 enquiries in 60 days
If you haven't had at least 10 enquiries from ads within 60 days of launch, we manage the ads free until you do.
What we need from you
- You reply to new enquiries within 24 hours. Speed is half of the result.
- Our booking page and enquiry form stay in place, and follow-up automations stay switched on.
- On Scale, the agreed monthly ad budget is maintained, paid directly to Meta.
- Your account is up to date, and you give us the access we need to do the work.
- Enquiries are counted from the launch date, measured against your previous 90 days.
The guarantee applies to months where the conditions above are met. Results vary by business, market and competition.
What we won't promise
- A specific Google ranking or position in the map pack
- A guaranteed number of clicks, calls or sales
- Placement in any AI assistant's answers
- Overnight results. Search visibility builds over months, not days
