2.1 Standard Cancellations: Clients must provide at least 24-hour notice for the cancellation of a scheduled lesson. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the lesson will be charged in full unless it's due to an emergency (e.g., medical issues, family emergencies).

2.2 Rescheduling: Lessons can be rescheduled with at least 48-hour notice without any additional charges.

3. Refunds
